What Flueprint does
Flueprint is an app for gas and heating businesses. It helps an engineer issue gas safety and service certificates, keep clients and properties, take bookings online, send renewal reminders and invoices, and run a diary that stays in step with their phone calendar.
We also make the Tightness Test app, which works out the IGEM/UP/1B Edition 4 tightness test for Gas Safe registered engineers.
Messages sent through Flueprint
- When a business uses Flueprint to confirm a booking or remind a client, the message is sent in that business's name, by email, text or WhatsApp.
- Messages go only to people who have given their number or email to that business, for example by booking a visit.
- A client can reply to any message, or ask the business to stop contacting them, and the business will do so.
